By accessing and using DigitOkay (“we”, “us”, “our”) at digitokay.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Products and Services
DigitOkay sells digital products (eBooks, guides, templates) for personal and commercial use under PLR (Private Label Rights) or standard license, as specified on each product page. Products are delivered digitally via download link after purchase confirmation.
2. Refund Policy
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds after the product has been delivered. Exceptions apply where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at info@digitokay.com within 7 days of purchase.
3. User Accounts and TikTok Login
You may access certain features of our site using TikTok Login Kit (“Login with TikTok”). By doing so, you authorize us to access your basic TikTok profile information (display name, avatar) for authentication purposes only. We do not access, post to, or manage your TikTok account. You can revoke this access at any time from your TikTok account settings.
4. Intellectual Property
All original content on digitokay.com is owned by DigitOkay. PLR products retain their original license terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell content outside the scope of the purchased license.
5. Account and Orders
You must provide accurate information when placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel orders or suspend accounts in cases of suspected fraud.
6. Limitation of Liability
DigitOkay provides products “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
7. Third-Party Services and Affiliates
We use: Stripe (payments), WooCommerce (e-commerce), Brevo (email), TikTok Login Kit (authentication), Amazon Associates (affiliate links). We are not responsible for third-party practices.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
