DigitOkay (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates digitokay.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

We collect: (a) Account data: name, email address when you register or purchase; (b) Purchase data: billing address, order history (payment card details are handled by Stripe — we never store card numbers); (c) TikTok Login data: if you choose “Login with TikTok”, we receive your TikTok display name and profile picture for authentication only — we do not access your TikTok posts, followers, or any other TikTok data; (d) Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, via cookies and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: process orders and deliver digital products; send purchase confirmations and download links; send marketing emails (opt-out available at any time); authenticate you via TikTok Login Kit (display name and avatar only); improve our website and services; comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process data based on: (a) contract performance (processing your order); (b) legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention); (c) consent (marketing emails, cookies). EU/EEA users have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing.
