All products sold on DigitOkay are digital downloads (eBooks in PDF format). Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link. Downloads are available in your account dashboard.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a digital product has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at info@digitokay.com and we will resolve it promptly.
